These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of inventsoftlabs.com and its public content, contact tools, and website assistant (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Proposals, software development, managed services, consulting, support, and other commercial engagements are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the relevant service.

Website content is general business information. It may describe capabilities, technologies, industries, illustrative outcomes, and past work, but it is not a binding offer, warranty, service commitment, technical specification, legal advice, financial advice, security certification, or compliance opinion.

Results depend on scope, data, systems, third parties, and client responsibilities. Statistics, timelines, testimonials, case studies, and outcomes do not guarantee the same result for every engagement.

You may use the Website for lawful evaluation and communication.

You must not:

• violate law or another person’s rights;
• attempt unauthorised access, vulnerability testing, disruption, or circumvention of security;
• transmit malware, unlawful content, spam, or deception;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent authority or affiliation;
• copy, frame, resell, or commercially exploit substantial Website content without permission;
• use automated tools in a way that burdens the Website or conflicts with robots.txt.

You are responsible for submitted information and confirm you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential information, source code, credentials, regulated data, or third-party personal data through a general channel unless we agree on a secure process.

A form, email, call, estimate, discussion, or proposal does not itself create a client relationship, confidentiality duty, exclusivity, partnership, or binding contract. Those obligations arise only under an authorised written agreement. We may use non-confidential enquiry details to respond, assess fit, and prepare a proposal, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Website’s design, text, graphics, code, branding, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Invent SoftLabs and protected by applicable laws. You may view and make a reasonable internal copy of public content solely to evaluate our services.

Invent SoftLabs branding may not be used without permission. Client names, product names, technology logos, social marks, and other third-party materials remain their owners’ property. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

The automated assistant answers from a limited client-side knowledge base. Responses may be incomplete, simplified, or outdated and should be verified with our team. The assistant cannot agree to prices, scope, deadlines, warranties, legal terms, or commitments for Invent SoftLabs.

Links, embedded resources, and references may lead to third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, products, contracts, or privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Website feature. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or vulnerability-free operation. We may correct errors and change content, functionality, or these Terms at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. Nothing excludes a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invent SoftLabs and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, business, or data arising from the Website.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from use of the free public Website will not exceed the greater of INR 5,000 or the amount paid specifically for Website access in the six months before the event. This does not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs resulting from your unlawful Website misuse, violation of these Terms, or submission of content without required rights. This does not impose an indemnity where prohibited by consumer law.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that cannot be waived, courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over Website disputes.

Before filing a claim, the parties should try in good faith to resolve it through written notice and discussion for at least 30 days, unless urgent interim relief is reasonably required.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our consent. Headings are for convenience. The currently posted version replaces earlier Website terms.
